My failures are my achievements. This may sound counter-intuitive. But think about it. When did I fail? Why did I fail? - I failed because I tried to do something I didn't know how to do. It was beyond my current capabilities - I failed because I didn't have the right attitude, or maturity - I failed because I did not have the right supports around me, such as other team members These failures are not marks on my reputation, rather they are scars that represent the journeys I have been through, and responsibilities borne. I learned more from these failures than my successes. Therefore, my failures are my assets. And my assets continue to grow as I challenge myself and surround myself with good people who support my growth. Do yourself a favour, and go fail :)
