I'm a very reciprocal person. You make time for me, I make time for you :) It's not transactional, but mutual respect. I don't want / expect to get something. But I've also found it's best to spend your energy on people who value yours, and share some of theirs. Otherwise, your glass eventually becomes empty. And then you just have nothing left to give.
