I was faced with a tough decision last night. Stay quiet and work under a "leader" who lacks respect, empathy and wants to make money in illegal ways. And I would get rich on the ride. Or, speak up, try to steer us back in a healthy direction, and make money while helping people. What I ended up doing, tried to influence change for 10 days. On day 10 I left. No drama, no gossip, no explanation. "I need to leave".
