People need to be able to actually own their names. Names are identifiers such as phone numbers, domain names, app user names, social media user names. I mean to not just have a license or rent license to the name. But some kind of infrastructure like in bitcoin wallets, where no one but the owner can even use the account so they must be the only one that owns it.
